Michael Pelfrey

I am currently vice president of sales with eLynx LTD, a technology service provider based out of Cincinnati OH. eLynx provides secure document delivery, eSignature and collaboration services for a majority of the largest financial services companies in the US. In that role I spend a tremendous amount of time with customers who share a common set of challenges and resource constraints to get those resolved. It is that opportunity and intimacy of the conversation that prompted me to open the dialogue to you all in hopes of accelerating some results.

In my role with eLynx, I truly believe that my first obligation to the business and our customer(s) is to earn their continued trust and relationship and try to help a few new folks find us in the process. This can typically be facilitated by doing a fair amount of listening, coaching and offering some accretive insight or challenge the current course with product or process change that begins a deeper conversation. Anyway, enough of the commercial, it's a great little company and one I encourage you to look in to.

That being said, I was previously in sales management with ADP for over 6 years in their HR and Payroll services division and before that in pharmaceutical sales out of college for a similar window of time. I have always been and will likely always be a motivator and sales leader. I find myself extremely motivated by the process of my job and until that changes or the constraints of my young children start to limit my desire to fly all over the country (which could happen at some point) I'll be here.... working with customers and driving some company to future growth targets.

Outside of work I am a sports fanatic. ESPN is a daily habit I couldn't break if I wanted. Golf, hockey, basketball all eat some time up during my week when I can and I spend a couple hours a day on the computer catching up on current affairs, latest gadgets, press releases etc.... anything that might give me some edge.

With the time left in the day it's all about the kids and my absolutely incredible wife. Why she married me I'll never know but I thank her parents every time I see them for allowing me to join their family.

I have one brother who lives in Reno, NV and my parents are deceased. And that's about it; I'm extremely driven, highly motivated and probably overly loyal. If there's a list of things to work on, I'm a horrible golfer, mildly stubborn (if you ask my wife anyway), probably need to invest more time into my friends and need to find a 30hr work day.
